General Surgery
Misawa offers inpatient and outpatient general surgery capabilities. A general surgeon is a specialist in the surgical care of intra-abdominal pathology, abdominal wall pathology, anorectal pathology, breast lesions, and skin lesions. General surgeons also perform colonoscopies for colorectal cancer screening. To see the general surgeon, you need a referral from your primary care manager.
