We also conduct annual:

Both routine and acute appointments are to deal with urgent and more long-standing issues. Most medication refills can be completed without an appointment if there has been a well check or physical within the past year.

Children less than 18 years of age may not be seen without a parent or legal guardian.

  • Some appointments, called virtual appointments, may be performed over the phone with your provider.
  • For all other appointments, please ensure to check in for your appointment at the Primary Care front desk 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
