Family Member Relocation Clearance
All active duty personnel with accompanied dependents need to obtain family member travel screens to obtain orders. A briefing at the Smooth Move program is required for outbound members every first Tuesday of the month at 8 a.m. and every third Tuesday of the month at 3 p.m. at the Airmen and Family Readiness Center. Please contact AFRC to register for the briefing at 226-4735 or 0176-77-4735. Single or unaccompanied Airmen, please e-mail
usaf.misawa.35-mdg.mbx.efmp.m.@mail.mil
with “No Dependents” on the subject line for virtual out-processing check-off.
