Health Promotion
We function to promote a health environment that facilitates healthy lifestyle behaviors, i.e. physical activity, sleep health, healthy weight, and tobacco cessation. We offer InBody body composition testing to individuals or groups by appointment. Units may request testing at their place of work. Health education classes are also offered by request. Classes encompass general wellness on tobacco cessation, supplements, sleep, nutrition, worksite wellness, family health, shiftwork health, physical activity, and navigating your nutrition environment.
