Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the 
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Laboratory

Services include blood draws and specimen collections. In most cases an appointment is not required for blood work, however, some tests require more preparation. Please consult with the Lab prior to glucose tests or other tests as directed by your primary care manager. For all annual human immunodeficiency virus, or HIV, tests please see Public Health prior to your lab appointment.
