Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)

We provide family member relocation clearance for all out-going active duty members who are moving with their dependents; family members screening for special medical or educational services, service availability determination for medical and educational needs through either the military treatment facility, schools or civilian TRICARE networks; provides resource information for families on their new base along with information and referrals. It is highly recommended that family members with medical needs requiring specialized medical care and are chronic in nature, be enrolled in this program.
